Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days to request an exchange after receiving the item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, you can contact us via insgale.official@gmail.com or on Instagram. Please note that exchanges must be mailed to the following address: 6F, No. 250, Section 2, Zhongshan Road, Bali District, New Taipei City.

If the shipping cost is due to defects in the product itself or discrepancies with the description , the seller will bear the shipping cost; if the shipping cost is due to the buyer's personal factors (such as dislike, incorrect size but no product error), and the seller has clearly informed the buyer before the transaction, the buyer will pay the shipping cost.

If you require an exchange, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for an exchange will not be accepted.
