1. Coordinate with logistics

Convenience store pickup : 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (limited to convenience stores on the main island and outlying islands of Taiwan)

Courier : Hsinchu Logistics (Taiwan Island only)

Mailing : Chunghwa Post (Europe, America, Japan, South Korea)

Convenience store pickup : 2–3 days (Taiwan Island)

Delivery : 3–7 days

Shipping (to Europe and America) : 14–30 days

Shipping (Japan and South Korea) : 10–21 days

Customers from Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea, please send a private message to my Instagram account to complete your purchase.

Orders will be shipped within approximately 2–3 business days after placement (excluding the day of order).

Delivery time: Monday to Friday 12:00–20:00

No delivery or mail service is available on holidays.

In the event of holidays , large order volumes , natural disasters , or other force majeure events , shipments may be delayed.

Convenience store pickup : Please pay attention to the arrival notification and complete the pickup within 7 days of arrival.

Please do not fail to pick up your package without a valid reason. Any resulting shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
