Product Guarantee and Verification
InsGale originates from Hangzhou, China. We are the officially authorized distributor and guarantee that all products are genuine.
If you have any questions about the source of the products, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you.
Regarding pre-ordered products

Pre-order waiting time instructions
When an item is shown as a pre-order, it means that it will take approximately 10–14 days before it can be shipped.
However, due to the current complex procedures of Taiwan customs, the actual arrival time may be delayed due to international logistics or customs inspection.
If the waiting time for pre-ordered items exceeds the original expectation, we will proactively notify you in advance and provide the latest processing progress. Please wait patiently, and thank you for your understanding and support.

Precautions during transportation
During international shipping, the shoe box, dustproof paper, or outer packaging may suffer slight compression or creases. This is a normal shipping risk and is not covered by the return or exchange policy.

In-stock and pre-order items will be shipped in separate orders.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once all items have arrived.
If you wish for in-stock and pre-order items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders, or contact customer service after placing your order to assist with arranging separate order shipping.

Color difference description
Product colors may vary slightly due to shooting light or different screen settings. This is normal and will not be included in the return policy.

Payment and Order Processing
Please complete payment (including code payment) within 48 hours after placing your order.
Orders for which payment is not completed by the payment deadline will be automatically cancelled without further notice.

Out of Stock Notice
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email or SMS to assist with replacement or refund.
