Product Guarantee and Authentication

 

InsGale is based in Hangzhou, China. We are an officially authorized distributor and guarantee that all products are genuine.

If you have any questions about the origin of our products, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will do our utmost to assist you.

 

 

Pre-Order Items

 

  1. Pre-Order Waiting Period

    When a product is listed as a pre-order, it means the item will take approximately 10–14 days to be shipped.

    However, due to the currently complex procedures at Taiwan Customs, the actual arrival date may be delayed by international logistics or customs inspections.

    If the waiting period for a pre-order item exceeds the original estimate, we will notify you in advance and provide the latest processing status. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support.

  2. Shipping Precautions

    During international transit, shoeboxes, dust bags, or outer packaging may experience slight compression or creasing. This is a normal risk of shipping and is not eligible for exchange or return.

  3. Separate Shipping for In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

    If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once all items are available.

    If you would like in-stock and pre-order items shipped separately, please place separate orders or contact customer service after placing your order to arrange split shipping.

 

 

Other Important Notes

 

  1. Color Discrepancy Notice

    Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography or different screen settings. This is normal and is not eligible for return.

  2. Payment and Order Processing

    Please complete payment within 48 hours of placing your order (including payment via payment code).

    Orders that are not paid within the payment period will be automatically canceled without further notice.

  3. Out-of-Stock Notification

    If any item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email or SMS and assist you with a replacement or refund.
